FAQ

How is ‘Hello New Life’ different from the Sincerely, Divorced social media community?

What sets it apart from our larger community is that it’s organized by small groups that focus on specific topics and members are united by a common understanding, experience, or need on their divorce and rebuilding journey. Unlike our social media community, this is a private membership space with a limited number of spots to maximize deeper connection than what is possible in more public forums like our pages.

Why are there limited spaces?

We use a cohort model to encourage vulnerability and maximize opportunities for meaningful platonic connections with others. Everyone who joins a cohort is investing in being there and contributing to making it a positive experience for everyone.

How does billing and cancellation work?

Hello New Life memberships are $25/mo (billed monthly). We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. We are unable to accept cash, check, Venmo, or PayPal. Our monthly plans are recurring payments that are automatically charged to the card you used for the initial sign-up. Members can cancel their membership anytime in your member portal.

What happens after I become a member?

You’ll receive a welcome email within 1 hour of your login details and guidance on how to access the community and content. Sincerely, Divorced Micro-Communities are an evolving library of content, you can begin exploring and join spaces as you feel called. Each month Bethany & Hillary will add new content, and you can join them for live monthly sessions where they’ll dive deep into a relevant topic and answer your questions.

What if I’d like to join the community but the monthly membership is out of my budget?

We lead with generosity and never want finances to be a barrier to getting support. We have a pay-what-you-can option available for this purpose so just email us at hello@sincerelydivorced.com and we will take it from there.

Ask us your questions!

One of the incredible features of Hello New Life is that members can ask us anything and they are guaranteed an answer. We actively interact with the each small group and connect members with the special resources they need.
